Chicken Veggie Bone Broth Soup

Ingredients:
Whole chicken
6 lts water
Bay leave
Apple Cider vinegar - 2 tblsp
Pepper corns - 1 tblsp
Soup ingredients:
2 carrots
1 zucchini
Small sweet potato
2 tsp of veggie stock paste (Thermomix recipe) 2 tsp soy sauce My children love having half a packet of corn and rice noodles Salt and pepper as desired
Method:
Place all first listed ingredients in pressure cooker. Cook for one hour
If you don’t have pressure cooker use a slow cooker and cook for 12 hours. Once cooked remove chicken and leave liquid in cooker allow to sit. Grate all veggies or put through food processor or Thermomix.
Shred chicken into small pieces and add all grated veggies, chicken, turmeric, veggie paste, soy sauce and noodles if you are having them.
Place back on stove top and cook for 15 minutes, if in pressure cooker may need to cook for 1 hour or transfer all ingredients to a saucepan and cook on stove top.
Serve with salt and Pepper to taste.
